PHASE UP PROGRAMMING?
Phase UP Programming is a unique training style developed by Ash Leah Varia “Coach Ash” that directs your focus to what your body is achieving each month rather than your complete focus being on what the scale is doing.
This specific style of programming is set around 4 Body Abilities: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Pro.
You will start with your current Body Ability, work your way throughout the GOAL paths within each, and then push to the next body ability, creating a limitless progress for your personal goal journey.
No matter whichever way your programming is designed…You will be STRONGER, FEEL AMAZING, and LOOK GREAT.
4 BODY ABILITY PATHS
BEGINNER
Body Ability
You have never worked out before, have never followed a specific weight lifting program, you are newly post-partum, or you have taken 6-months or more off of your training program.
This Body Ability Plan develops your knowledge base and comfort level, while jump starting your body for amazing results to come!
INTERMEDIATE
Body Ability
You have been following a weight lifting and/or cardio training program consistently for a year or more, but now you want something better and more challenging.
This Body Ability Plan begins to level you up in the best ways to push past plateaus and really focus on achieving your body goals.
ADVANCED
Body Ability
You are ready and dedicated to put in the hard work, and your body now needs a more experienced level of training to make consistent changes.
This Body Ability Plan takes your training up a huge notch while making you feel empowered and capable of conquering the world!
PROFESSIONAL
Body Ability
You are an experienced weight lifter, or even bodybuilder, who has a specific competition coming up, or you want your body to perform at the highest level possible.
This Body Ability Plan hones in on your athletic side and makes you the best in your field whether a competitor or you just want ultimate health.

Together we decide which Body Ability Plan you should start on and based on your Coaches recommendations, which time allotment best fits your schedule, needs, and finances.
